Myra and Stephen hosted a private cooking party for auction winner Violet Benny and 16 special guests, with beloved Moth hosts and storytellers Adam Wade and Ed Gavagan, an all-evening-long party led by chef Myra Kornfeld, co-hosted by Stephen Massimilla.

  •  A warm, celebratory event at Myra’s Kitchen, a wonderfully memorable evening of hands-on cooking, entertainment and dining: The event began with wine and appetizers, and groups cooked a festive meal from menus designed by Myra. Guests relaxed, dined, drank; and Adam Wade, Ed Gavagan, and guests shared stories.
  • Violet and the storytellers received a copy of the award-winning Cooking with the Muse, which is much more than a cookbook. Myra and her co-author Stephen Massimilla–who also photographed and bantered at the event–celebrated Cooking with the Muse: A Sumptuous Gathering or Seasonal Recipes, Culinary Poetry, and Literary Fare

Guests also received party favors and a recipe packet of the dishes that they’d cooked.
