The book is organized seasonally celebrating real food and the traditions behind the dishes. There are 150 recipes with 200 full-color photographs that highlight fresh, local ingredients and the use of seasonal produce. Not only do you have wonderful recipes in this book, but you also have a taste of culinary poetry and literary fare.
