We discuss the culinary arts. First up, we speak with Myra Kornfeld and Stephen Massimilla about their new book Cooking with the Muse, which not only offers 150 international recipes, but also contains a plenitude of imaginative poetry about food along with enlightening essays and culinary and historical notes. Myra Kornfeld has written three previous cookbooks and teaches nutrition. Stephen Massimilla is a poet, critic, painter and professor of literature and writing at Columbia University.
